How could you forget the thriller man, a famous dance moon walk.. The person gifted with great voice, world's pop icon - Michael Jackson. Truly, anyone especially well-known personality once we heard the word about death is such a devastating feeling. Though his life may have been filled with rumors, drama and humilation.. the fact still remain in tact, he became part of our life. He may have left the world but his song will always remind us that once upon a time - there is a Michael Jackson who bring joy and inspiration to all of us through his songs.
Life is short but if we live it to the fullest, it is a worthwhile travel towards our true home with God.

The Best Way To Greet DAD is...
Pinoymom Blogger is one of my favorite blogger, not just because she is a woman like me but the impact she had on me while reading her blog. She can really relate to her readers. A very tough but loving mom. Reading the story about her recovery makes me more strong in a sense that though we experience pain, hope is still there and as a person God created us to have courage. That is the character which Ms. Noemi impart in me. Furthermore, she is vocal in expressing her point of view, that is truly a Pinay! How I wish I had that type of personality.
Anyway, the reason I write this article is for you to check her blog's contest for Father's Day. How is the best way to greet our Papa, Tatay or Daddy. She'll be giving away 1 dozen of Krispy Kreme Donuts.. yummy, right? Just by putting your comments about best gesture you did for your dad, you can win and you can announce your love to your father to the whole world via internet! Come on guys! check it out, the promo is til June 30, 2009 only. Did I mentioned I won? hahaha, actually yes I did and I am so happy about it! What is really great about it is that it gave me the opportunity to tell my father how much he means to me. Imagine, thousands of Ms. Noemi's follower will read it.
Showing our gratitude to or parents determines how rightfully they raise us up. In fact, giving honor to your parents is a thing which the Lord gives favor and with a promise found in the bible Ephesians 6:2-3 “Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), “that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.”

Life's fantasy.. a happy ending
I am a person who always believes in happy ending. Maybe this is because of the fairy tales stories I watched during my kinder year, the romantic telenovela I enjoy following when I was just a teenager. Or maybe the love I experienced to have during my full grown years.
But happy moments do not come all the time. You sometimes experience pain, fear and loneliness.
Some good things just don't last. Why is it so easy to give your all to someone but so hard to let go? Why is it so painful to say good bye? Why it breaks your heart just by remembering the past? The more you endure it, telling yourself you are fine .. the pain just don't go away.
Still, you believe and hang on. Time comes when broken heart is healed. You become strong person to face your fear..ready to share and love again.
Life is what we make it, I always believe. You can never be happy if you let others turn you down. When people hurt you, think of them as sandpapers. They may rub and scratch you painfully, but eventually you will end up smooth and polish, while they end up useless.
Life is not easy, but if you make it right, life is a beautiful story where you can be your own hero.
You create each chapter with pages full of wonders and happy thoughts. Your life can be someone's inspiration.
Living a joyful life creates a beautiful fantasy, simple it may be. Soon enough, you will realize a happy ending is what you got.

Inspirational Song - Walk with Faith In Your Heart
This is a song of faith, of never giving up. If you read the lyrics more closely, the struggle we experience in life is mentioned here and it will tell you not to lose your faith and keep on hanging on to your dreams.
Our God is a wonderful God, he will give us enough strength to carry on with our problem and we'll end up victorious. Just hold on, never give up and soon the joy will float into our life.
Our God is a wonderful God, he will give us enough strength to carry on with our problem and we'll end up victorious. Just hold on, never give up and soon the joy will float into our life.
WALK WITH FAITH IN YOUR HEART
by the Bachelors
Walk with faith in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
For with faith in your heart
The world is your own
You never will grieve
If in him, you believe and
Walk with faith in your heart
When the dreams that you dream
Seem to disappear from view
That's the time to fight on
And soon they'll all come true
He'll lighten your load
As you travel life's road
So walk with faith in your heart
Whenever you have troubles
Just reach out for his hand
He's by your side
Your constant guide
And quick to understand
You will find happiness
If you let him be your friend
And you'll find that success
Is just around the bend
He won't let you down
Wear a smile, not a frown
And walk with faith in your heart
You will find happiness
If you let him be your friend
And you'll find that success
Is just around the bend
He won't let you down
Wear a smile, not a frown
And walk with faith in your heart
In your heart

Think about this ... Must I follow rules?
MUST ALL THE RULES BE FOLLOWED? Will it bring me joy and peace? Will it inspire someone if I abide by it?
I come to thinking of this after watching news and reading some newspaper about tragedy, killings, scandals, economic depression, etc.... sorry but once in a while this news attracts my attention maybe because only few good and inspiring articles are written now a days... it is so depressing, why are we having this sort of problems. We have rules and if all of us followed it, will we be more organize and harmoniously living together?
Listen my friend, as I grew up my parents thought me the right and wrong about things and that we should respect other people, I sure hope your parents did it to you too and so as to other right? Then why on earth we are having this type of problem, huh!
Surprisingly, maybe this is just a co-incidence or God do have a purpose. Guess what? I found myself hearing this topic in the sermon of the priest as I went for a mass. The reading is about Jesus confronted by the religious "experts" during their time. "What is the greatest commandment of God?"
But before I go on with my topic, let me enumerate the 10 commandments of God. Most christian don't memorize it. I hope this will refresh our memory a bit. The first four talks about how to love God and keeping the Sabbath day holy, that is loving the Lord and acknowledging that all things comes from Him.
ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.'
TWO: 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in
heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.'
THREE: 'You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.'
FOUR: 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.'
The six remaining commandments focuses more on how we should respect our neighbors, that we should respect our parents and not to take from others what is not ours.
FIVE: 'Honor your father and your mother.'
SIX: 'You shall not murder.'
SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.'
EIGHT: 'You shall not steal.'
NINE: 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.'
TEN: 'You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor
his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is
your neighbor's.'
Surprisingly, Jesus summarized the 10 commandments into two. First, love thy God with all your heart, soul and strength. Second is love your neighbors as you love yourself. Now, the commandments of God was given in order for us to live an orderly, happy and fulfilling life. Actually the commandment are simple but yes, quite hard to do, for those people who are so stubborn and those who do not want to be under God's authority. But with God's grace we can do it, He will send us His holy spirit to guide us. We are hard headed people, and we keep on giving justification on our wrong doing but we cannot fool God. He is the truth. We have to accept it because the truth will set us free.
Rightfully, I may say, rules was given in order for us to live rightfully, holy, pleasing and acceptable to God. If only, all of us follow it, then there will be no famine, no killings, no more wars. We can live equally and peacefully in the presence of our Lord.
Can you imagine how great that feels?
I have bought a cabinet, it has to be assembled in order for me to be able to use it. So before I put my clothes in there, I have to read the manual and follow the instruction to be sure that I assemble it right. That will be easy if I follow it, am I correct?
Now, if I just follow my instinct and assemble it by myself, I may have put it up yes, of course but with extra effort on my part and I still have to check if it will not collapsed once I put my clothes there.
However, if I read the manual and follow the instruction on how to built it, surely, it will have a better foundation and definitely it will be strong to hold on the loads that I will put in there.
Just like the commandments of God, if we follow it, we are assured of better life and guidance of our Lord God. Building a better place to live in starts within us. Shower others with our love, inspire people, give them hope and believe that the Lord is an omnipotent God who sees all, ready and able to help us in our needs.
Life is too short to wake up with regrets. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.
Finally, following the rules given by God will put us in the right track as we journey through life.

A WORD OF CAUTION: BEWARE OF WHAT YOU SAY
Do you know that there is power in your words? Every word you utter whether bad or good creates a force and comes into a reality. We should be careful with things we say especially if it talks about a person's future or how you view him as an individual.
Much more to say, avoid saying bad things about anyone. What you just said you can never track back. There is no rewind. If the words you said was hurtful, that person may forgive you for saying it after you apologize, but it will never be erased from his mind. Your word will serve as a hindrance to a much better relationship because he will be cautious of telling you about his problems or plans and refrain from doing what he naturally do when you are around.
However, if you praise someone by a job well done or you have given an advise to someone who has problem and that your words gave him hope and drive him a desire to move on, the result is beyond what you can expect. It leads to better relationship. People value more your friendship and see you as their confidant. It is indeed a great feeling, right?
Building friendship and a warm relationship needs nurturing. It is deepen more with the way we communicate with one another.
For a husband and wife, although you have been together for a long time, delivering your words must also be in a careful way too. You may never know, but the way you deliver your question may convey different interpretation to your partner. It may hurt their feelings and that is quite bad. Remember, family is a foundation that molds future generation so parents must be living harmoniously.
For the parents, saying good things about you kid's future and what you want them to be in life attracts a force that seems every steps they make directs to that dream you view them to have. Everything just drops on their lap so to speaks. You must say it loud, it is your blessing to your children.
Even in simple day to day experiences we have, after getting up in bed and you set in your mind this will be a fun, happy day for me. What happen then? Everything you do is wonderful right? You are happy and things are going well all throughout the day. But if you wake up, sad face and feeling sober. Gloomy day we have, isn't it?
Am I right about so far? Whatever word that comes into your lips may bring a blessing or a curse. What would you choose?
Seriously put some thoughts into this, our words may bring life and hope to anyone and to our selves. Be careful in what we say, utter words that invites good things and create joy, faith and hope.
The only real question to ask yourself is this. I am a giver or a taker? May your words be a magnet for blessing and abundance.

FAILURE IS NOT FINAL
I believe that failure does not make us less of a person, neither it is the end of our journey in life.
After failure a fresh start begins. We cannot avoid having a mistakes and it is never too late to correct it.
One of the most inspiring story that affirms failure is not final is from the daughter of Billy Graham. We all know that Billy Graham is one of the world's most loved and renowned evangelist of our time. His daughter also experienced failure and it is much harder on her part since people around the world is expecting so much from her - that is be victorious in all areas of their her life.
Ruth Graham, youngest daughter of Ruth and Billy Graham, shared a message of hope and healing last August 3, 2005 at General Council Women's Luncheon in Denver.
Her messy complicated life was filled of heartbreak and shame. Her life was not what she envisioned as a daughter of one of the world's most loved and renowned evangelists. She writes about divorce, depression and her own bad judgment, as well as parenting her children through teen pregnancy, drug use and an eating disorder. Her difficulties caused her to question God, struggle to forgive those who hurt her and worry about embarrassing her famous family. She realized that bitter personal experiences has taught her that God specializes in restoration. "Our ruins become places of hope in God's eyes," Graham says in her book "In every Pew Sits a Broken Heart".
"Failure is never final," adds Graham. "God does not condemn us for our mistakes. He sees hope where others see failure. His desire is to bring us out of devastation-healed and strengthened-with a song in our hearts."
The greatest handicap is fear. The hardest thing to do is to begin. The most useless asset is pride. The sweetest thing to do is to forgive. The greatest mistake is to GIVE UP!
Do not accept defeat, you are born a winner!
